'SEARCHING'
artist Tia Gillespie’s intimate, thought provoking show
‘SEARCHING’ is a quest for the preservation of memory which morphs into an alchemical journey.
The discovery of the creative potential for encapsulating the ephemeral and its capacity for binding the past and the future through the present moment.
Using realism, Tia explores the moments that life creates and the imprints left in their wake.
A graduate of OCAD University and a participant of their Florence Off Campus Studies Program, Tia is a practicing, Professional artist based in Kingston, Ontario Canada.
