Good news for the Junction Gardens Postal Outlet: a new five-year contract had been signed, and it stays open for local customers. The campaign to save the Junction Gardens Postal Outlet was successful.

"Junction people need Junction service," said Franchisee and Grand Bargain owner Mangi Ju.

More than four thousand people signed the petition to save the post office.

A community celebration for the Junction Gardens Post Office will take place in front of the facility this weekend (Saturday, October 24, 2009), and Mangi invited community members to stop by.
